The hotel is located 5 minutes by shuttle bus from cervinia. Shuttle buses were very quick to arrive when requested for trips to town and the slopes. The location is great with a beautiful view. The hotel sauna is great after skiing. But the staff are what made it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely views from the room. The staff was so so nice (and went out of their way when I left items at the hotel). Can walk to the cable car in champoluc to Crest. You can take many nice hikes directly from Champoluc. And it has parking!

You can also enjoy a cocktail at the bar, that overlooks the climbing wall. Welcoming, friendly and accomodating staff were great. Really attentive shuttle service for skiing. Outside sauna was better than inside because of immersion in nature. Well designed. Good breakfast.

The helpfulness of the team with transport to town/skyway overcame perceived travel difficulties and nothing was too difficult for them. Always smiling and remembering what we were doing/or had done to greet us personally - excellent service.

Rooms offer free WiFi and a 1200-m² wellness centre is available for free. This is a hotel that goes above and beyond in every aspect, yet does it in an unassuming and quiet way. If you care to look it's obvious how much thought has been put in to each detail. It is well-deserving of the Michelin recognition it has achieved. The location is to die for; the hotel manages to feel quaint while at the same time being quite luxurious. We particularly appreciated that the spa was included in the room price (aside from services such as massages). We did day hikes in the area during our stay, but it would have been easy to hang out at the spa all day long. The salt room was our favorite. The breakfast buffet wasn't the largest we have seen, but each item was delicious and there was nothing lacking.

A very cozy hotel with an incredible atmosphere. The room was stunning - clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We were pleasantly surprised with the welcome drinks. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was a true highlight: delicious, with lots of variety, and served until 11:00 - perfect for a relaxed morning with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.
