Juan thank you for your help with booking our stay in Sierpe for our Corcovado trip. Loved the views and Clarence is the best tour guide. I was fortunate enough to go on the property tour but couldn’t make the Manuel Antonio tour due to our car issues. If I come back I would definitely do the tour with him. The macaw conservation is really great.

The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at this 5-star hotel. We had an incredible time at Laloon, we stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for better! We stayed here on the second half of our trip and didn’t want to leave our room or that view. The room was spotless and the laundry service was a great feature. Breakfast was consistent, yummy and timely. We had no troubles getting to the hotel with the ATV we rented. We hope to stay here again in the future, if you’re looking for a one of a kind stay with beautiful views this is your spot!

We had a view of the sunset every night and went to sleep with the screen door open to peaceful sounds of the forest. We saw lots of wildlife on the property including coatis, agoutis, and many birds including a Crested Guan and a Montezuma Oropendolo in the tree right by our porch! The restaurant was delicious and all of the hotel staff were amazing. They helped us book a ziplining tour and a birdwatching tour with a private guide where we saw the famous quetzal. It was pure heaven.
