The property is non-smoking and is located 28 km from Einsiedeln Abbey. The team was extremely welcoming, kind and efficient at the same time. The view from our perfectly decorated suite was exceptional - it felt like sleeping on the lake! Amenities in the room made us feel at home right away. The restaurant was wonderfully gastronomic with perfect service. The gym had the best equipment I have ever used. It was very hard to leave and we look forward to our next visit!!!

Fabulous traditional hotel complete with squeaky floors, winding corridors and stairs - the view from my room to the river was direct on to nature and I could hear the river - very soothing. The breakfast was outstanding - best scrambled eggs ever and the variety of jams and fresh bread etc just great.

Superb views - the Ägerisee, the mountains, the sunrise and the sunset. You feel the authenticity of the earth. It's nice to take a swim in the Ägerisee (august) and Zürich with it's Kunsthaus is not far even by bus and train, the beautiful baroque library in the monastery Einsiedeln is impressing.

Nice host, nice rooms, nice cleanliness, supportive & kind staff, convenient location, well equipped fridge with food items, which you can use anytime you want (without extra cost), guests can cook their food using B&B's gadgets, overall superb.
