The Location is perfect and our room has 2 terraces , which we can enjoy the view of Matterhorn day and night and if you want to enjoy the Matterhorn , you have to stay here for at least two nights because Matterhorn always was covered by cloud . Breakfast is very good and all the staffs there are very friendly and very helpful .

The hotel has a ski-to-door access, views of the Matterhorn and Weisshorn mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, with 14 Gault Millau rating or a drink at the bar. Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Fantastic ambience, obsession for detail, surprising interior design. The hotel is an experience itself. Outstanding staff, very professional and with a peculiar positive mood. Very good breakfast. Certainly a hotel with a visionary leadership. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely few days here enjoying the spa, restaurant and bar. We also had dinner at another hotel owned by the group, which was excellent. It was a busy weekend at the resort and we were very well looked after by the staff who organised options on and off site for us to enjoy. We loved our room too!
