It is not a hotel, it is home. The people there treat you like you are one of the family or owner of the room. From the entry olivier will welcome you and give all the support you need. Then the front desk will finalize all your paper and you will enjoy the room. Room size is very big and it is very clean and comfortable. Then you go to the restaurant, the chef Francisco is fabulous he will treat you like a king. The spa is deferent story, it is very big and you have multiple choices of steam room and sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. Then hotel shuttle is also amazing they have Aston martin available to droop you to locations near the hotel. Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort - Relais & Châteaux in Lenk close to Gstaad features a wide range of up-to-date wellness facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam baths and hot tubs. Wonderful hotel with very welcoming staff. Will definitely come back

Gstaad is a pristine Alpine village that’s somehow equally out-of- this-world as it is down-to-earth. To experience all its wonders, escape to undoubtedly one of the finest properties in Switzerland. Staff is so courteous and friendly, picked us up from the train station and were excellent our entire stay. The spa was also beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious too’
