Big and comfortable room. But the best is the staff: everyone from janitor to manager is highly professional, they help you with any issues, and they are indeed pet-friendly. The spa was also a great experience. We tried only massages, but the pool and saunas looked nice. Underground secure parking has big parking spots.

Excellent food options (including Michelin star restaurant Agli Amici. Pets are welcomed in the hotel. We will definitely come back, one of the best stay ever.

The staff are exceptionally nice , the service is amazing. Rooms are clean, views are spectacular from the rooms. We wrote a comment after booking asking for a high floor room and our request was taken into consideration. The beach is really nice to swim in with plenty of space through a combination of beds and bean bags . Breakfast is also amazing with a combination of ordering from a breakfast menu along with an open buffet. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay and will definitely come back again!

The hotel is very simple so it was easy to find all we need . Also the location is excelent , near the sea , not far away from old city of Dubrovnik .

Built in 2011, all modern design rooms at Lone Hotel by Maistra Collection have free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. They are equipped with all modern facilities, including flat-screen satellite TV and laptop safety box. Every room has air conditioning. It goes without saying that the hotel, view, interior and surroundings were gorgeous. What really surprised me it that this hotel is really committed to reducing plastic waste. The three days we spent here were completely plastic-free. The very high-end bathroom cosmetic was in aluminium tubes. There were no plastic bags inside the bins. The water bottles (replaced daily) were glass etc. Honestly, I loved it!
