The view from the balcony of the room is definitely the highlight of the whole accommodation experience. Staff are so helpful and friendly to offer advice including travel tips and transport for your trip. There is a steep road to go up to the main road from the homestay and the staff is willing to help me with my luggage. Nice communication. The room is lovely and exactly how the pictures show. Clean with nice deco - love it and would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. It's just AMAZING. Very very beautiful, conveniently located in centre of Sapa, easily accessible. The swimming pool was very pretty (and warm). All the decorations were very cute and classy. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!

The breakfast was quite spread. The chef was even kind enough to make vegetarian dishes for us. The staff was kind enough to get us the tickets for activities and arrange the cab. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sapa.

I had an amazing stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel, and their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, around 8 AM, and was immediately welcomed with warmth and kindness. Julie, one of the staff members, noticed that I was freezing and generously lent me her hand heater—such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference in the chilly Sapa weather. The hotel also provided a shower room, allowing me to freshen up before check-in, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. On top of that, they offered a **complimentary herbal bath and sauna**, which was the perfect way to relax and warm up after exploring Sapa. It was a unique and rejuvenating experience that added so much value to my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was doing. This is probably the best place to stay in Sapa. The staff is professional, and attentive. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious, and so was everything else in the restaurant. As a matter of fact, this is where I had some of the best-tasting Vietnamese food. Then there's the pool offering the stunning view of the clouds below (on a sunny day). Looking forward to coming back.
