very lovely and luxurious property especially for the price. amazing value. everything was high quality. the room, the bath with rain shower and separate tub, the breakfast spread, the koi pond, the rooftop infinity pool area (which unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of due to the weather), the pandan ginger tea...yum! the staff here are uniformly friendly, polite and helpful. it was a wonderful experience and you can tell that's what they're striving to offer their guests. special shout-out to Richey for booking my train ticket to Da Nang!

Everything is just beautiful. We loved the rooms. The best of our entire 5 month journey. Since we had connecting rooms, we got the feeling of living in an apartment. The rooms are really spacious. The garden and pool are really beautiful and clean. Almost a little too clean. A person came and dried up the water, as soon as we had walked around the pool. That is a bit too clean for our taste.

The whole client experience was amazing. We were on our honeymoon and they gave us an upgrade when we checked-in. When we arrived to our room, it was decorated and with some delicious gifts along with a small letter. Those small details matter a lot. The breakfast (buffet) was delicious and their salt coffe was a masterpiece. We also had a chance to eat dinner at the rooftop and the food was also great. Great location to go on tours to see Hue.

very beautiful hotel, friendly personel, the onsen was very nice to try japanese bathing ritual with 9 baths. after this we felt very relaxed. the breakfast very extendend my children loved the toiletseat in our room, with hot-seating and fountain and fohn for toilet

It is such a perfect place, the lush garden, the beuatiful rooms (we changed rooms while there because avalaibilty/last minute booking), the staff, the restaurant. Don’t care about the location, it is easy with Grab.

The best and most welcoming staff of all the places we stayed in Vietnam. They cannot do enough for you. The hotel is lovey and value for money is sensational. Only an easy and nice 10mins walk from the business part of Hue. Shout out to the head cocktail maker at the main bar - guy absolutely knows what he’s doing. Breakfast is epic. Pool is perfect. You won’t regret staying here.

The resort is located at a beautiful location. It is very quiet. We stayed in a large villa, tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were excellent, very friendly. We had bad luck with the weather but visiting Hue (40 minutes drive by the free shuttle) was a perfect alternative. The Hotel Manager Cristy took personal care of us, suggesting what to do in Hue, showing us around.
