Wow! This is an AMAZING hotel. Since the moment you check in everything is smooth and enjoyable. The staff is very warming and welcoming. The hotel itself is built in a way you feel you have the jungle to yourself. The rooms are amazing, spacious and with all amenities presented in a very delicate way. The bed was huge and so so comfortable. There’s no words to describe how good the breakfast buffet is, so many options of Vietnamese ( and other types too) of food, exquisitely presented and so good. We also loved how helpful they were with us to take us to the main atractions of Hue but also helpful us to get to our next destination. I can’t recommend this enough, it’s definitely a place to stay for days if you can.

I stayed for three nights. Very nice staff. I got a better room than I had booked. The room is cozy, with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel has a large swimming pool (there were no people during the day, but it was full in the evening). There is a cozy bar upstairs, with a beautiful view of the city. Good breakfast. Great location, you can walk everywhere.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay! Truly 5 stars. Gorgeous view of the koi ponds and extensive Japanese gardens right from our balcony. Even beautiful in the rain :) Room was SPOTLESS, never have I seen a hotel in Southeast Asia so sparkling clean! Thank you, Kobe housekeeping. Bed was absolutely massive, extremely comfortable, and had the best pillows. Room included onsen access to 9 pools of mineral HEAVEN, with friendly staff to walk you through it and give you plenty of privacy. Outstanding breakfast far exceeded expectations and included really unique options to break up the monotony of Vietnamese food -- incl. sushi, matcha cakes, steamed taro bunsfreshly brewed specialty teas, a miso soup station, etc. in addition to the standard Asian-style and Western-style offerings. We were even pleasantly suprised by the culinary quality of the room service, and the steak and sushi we had for dinner on the property's restaurant on our last night. Service was top-notch.

One of the classiest, most charming and at the same time authentic places I've ever stayed at. This is exactly what I have imaged as my dreamlike Vietnam accommodation (and I did a LOT of research before our travels). Beyond the stunning architecture (we tried both Vietnamese and French villas), the location is filled with charm, easy enough to navigate the city, and staff have been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Food was yummy, services excellent. Me and my partner truly loved this place.
