The room was decorated to a high standard. We loved everything about this hotel, especially staff, cleanliness, breakfast, pool. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a variety to suit everyone. Staff was exceptionally accommodating to your needs, so welcoming and helpful.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Good listening skills and trying to find solutions for transport, visits etc. Shuttle to center very well organised. Pool facilities excellent. Connecting rooms for the family was very appreciated. Breakfast was excellent (top notch). We felt very welcome.

Extremely beautiful hotel with super friendly staff - definitely deserves their 5 stars. Food and services are a bit overpriced, so if you are looking for value-for-money you are better off taking a taxi 10 min. down the road along the river where you will find a buzzing restaurant/bar area.

OMG the front-line staffs are absolutely amazing. They are super super polite, friendly and professional. The main character of people in Hue is really kind, modest, and hard working. I love how that combined to a professional 5 stars hotel in Hue. Hotel is really awesome. Figured out now how alot of people left an outstanding review in Melia Hue.

Hands down the best hotel in Vietnam we stayed so far. Usually not impressed by those big chains hotel but this one was perhaps a true 5 stars. Great bathroom with a strong water pressure, clean and spacious room, beautiful view, comfy beds. But overall the most important was the great efficient staff! Special Thank you to Noel as we had issues booking our flights tickets and she took the time to help us.

Location is great and the bell captain at front door of hotel was the best ! Van Duc. He was perfect in representing the hotel and Vietnamese people ! 5 stars for him Great sky bar on rooftop

Beautiful lobby, with fantastic paintings from Bui Huu Hung. Very large bed in a very nicely decorated room. A real 5 stars hotel for the price of a 2 stars in Europe. Staying in this great place and visiting the beautiful imperial city, this is more than justifying a trip to Hué !

Great location, large and beautiful decorated rooms. The view over the city is awesome. Very clean. Plenty of choices for breakfast. You can use the gym area and spa.the staff is very attentive and willing to make your stay for 5 stars.well done , Melia!
