Pros: Best kid friendly hotel Ive been too! Room we chose had teepee in it and the kids really loved it. They also had separate toiletries for the kids, and a stepstool in the toilet that small kids can use. Excellent buffet spread and they also have a buffet table for kids! Kids club was a blast, there’s a ball pit with slides, and also a room where kids can read books, play legos and video games. First also my husband and I were able to leave our kids in the kids club as we went for a massage. Massage rooms and beds are so clean. we had a best massage there. Mini water park was also a hit with my kids. Kids and adults can also play billiards and foosball This hotel is small for a 5 Star but we feel the size is just right!Enclosed and feels very private. . We regret that we only booked for 3D2N, should have stayed longer. Kevin?(Filipino guy who suggested the kids playroom, you’re ideas are the best!), Aye, the staff from the reception, housekeeping, actually every one, all the staff who helped us and made our stay comfortable, Thank you!

My stay at Kata Sea View was nothing short of fantastic! The location, a mere 5 minutes away from Kata beach and 20 minutes away from the Patong, struck the perfect balance. It allowed us to unwind in a serene hillside while remaining close enough to enjoy the city whenever we pleased. The villa and rooms were clean, wonderfully comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breathtaking sea view from our villa was a highlight of the trip. Whether enjoyed by the infinity pool, with its stunning views, or in the comfort of our villa, breakfast was wonderful. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was not only enjoyable but memorable. From the warm welcome to their exceptional service throughout our stay, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. If you're looking for a welcoming and cozy retreat in Phuket, I wholeheartedly recommend Kata Sea View Villas. It's a haven where hospitality meets comfort, and every detail, from the location to the service, is designed to make your stay special. I left the place full of wonderful memories and a wish to return again. Great time with some Gin and tonics by the Rooftop swimming pool :) Thank you so much, Mr. Berd ( The Manager ) and the team.

Absolutely everything. The gym has plenty of group classes, HIIT is extremely challenging and the triador Mary is encouraging. The staff are super professional and friendly. The restaurants are a bit pricey but it's worth it, the food is great. The clinic has several offers of consultation and exams, very good and at affordable prices.

    We were given an old pool villa where the pool was yellow, and the rooms old and rusty. At £450 ($550) a night, this is crazy to be charging for such old and worn out rooms. The facilities were not 5 stars. Luckily the amazing front of house staff Daniel and the rest managed to sort us out with a slightly better room. The place is run and alive due to its amazing staff, not the actual rooms and facilities. You can get much better 5 star hotels in Phuket for the same price.
