Everything! Such a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was being taken care off at the hotel, beautiful facilities and it was very clean. Rooms are spacious and we got a free upgrade to the room with the balcony next to the swimming pool in building 2. I would highly recommend everyone to get these kinds of rooms.

Great service and your own little escape nestled not far from the heart of patong. The staff were amazing, taking us on last minute (after a disappointing experience at another hotel) and making sure we were happy. They are on call 24/7 via whats app and really went above and beyond for us at 3am when our aircon stopped working, they were on it straight away and was resolved quickly. Really recommend this stay!

Everything was perfect, starting from the check in, the location of the hotel, the kindness and the very plus was Mery and her colleges : their were like a personal assistant: whatever you ask they tried to find always a solution in just few minutes after I have asked.
