Greatly located in KATA BEACH you can find a really great hotel and it's cool.. But there are REAL humans there like Mike n Bon and the rest of the team caring of you and making the greatest experience as a guest. They will help you with all you need. We was tired and our room was ready before check-in time. I been to many hotels in Thailand and people like them make the difference. We coming from Metadee Concept hotel that is very near where the team was trying to cheat us. Malisa team is absolutelly different. The Villas are amazing including all that you need. Mosquito's doesn't disturb you even with the pool inside the Villa..

Our stay at Andaman Cannacia Resort was absolutely perfect! Upon our arrival, all of the receptionists welcomed as with a big smile and run to hug our baby! After that, they upgraded us to a room in front of the kids swimming pool, which made our stay much easier with our 1.5 years old kid. The room was big and clean, very comfortable and much space for your staff. Breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast fresh and very tasty. All the common areas in the Resort were nice decorated and clean, as well. It’s located on the cliff of the area, which means it’s very quiet, not in the noisy center of Kata. It’s 10’ walking distance from the center and the night market. Also, the resort provides you transfer for free to center every hour. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

We chose this hotel because of its focus on a healthy lifestyle. It features a magnificent gym, various group classes, an excellent spa, and a clinic offering a wide range of wellness programs. The hotel is located in a beautiful foothill area known for its tranquillity and peacefulness, with a pleasant evening coolness. Wonderful restaurants offer diverse cuisine on-site.     We were given an old pool villa where the pool was yellow, and the rooms old and rusty. At £450 ($550) a night, this is crazy to be charging for such old and worn out rooms. The facilities were not 5 stars. Luckily the amazing front of house staff Daniel and the rest managed to sort us out with a slightly better room. The place is run and alive due to its amazing staff, not the actual rooms and facilities. You can get much better 5 star hotels in Phuket for the same price.
