From the moment I confirmed the booking here I received a message from their managment asking me about my preferences including (view, check in time, extra assistance, amenities required..etc). The communication in advance ensured all my wishes were taken into consideration early. Once I arrived they've surprised my family with an upgraded room with sea view and early check in free of charge. The room was breath taking & The space was spotless. Room service were quick to answer any request within minutes. I booked a room with breakfast included. We absolutely loved the buffet. It has options that'll suite all taste- food restrictions (halal, vegan, vegetarian, indian, thai, western..etc). The hotel location is central. You can cross the street to Karon beach and walk to near by shops for everything you need. The pool was cozy and clean and the life guards were quick to ensure saftey when a storm was coming. The pool was open until 8pm which meant you can literally stay in it all day. Upon checking out they offered us a small gift which was the cherry on top of this amazing stay. Highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

The hotel and the grounds are stunning. The staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough and sorted any problem out straight away. We enjoyed Christmas Day and the New Year's party and we would definitely recommend. The food they put on for both events was delicious and fresh. We paid for the Buffett breakfast and there was always a variety. The staff were very attentive. I would recommend staying at the Pullman and we would return just not as Christmas as the price was very high and this price didn't include breakfast. Rooms were cleaned everyday and bottled water topped up. Also a special mention to the first aider who helped our nephew when he cracked his head open, she called the dr for us and cleaned his wound everyday.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was like a feast, offering a vast variety of choices to suit every taste. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance to the beach and close to convenient amenities like restaurants, pharmacies, and a 7-Eleven store. What's more, the hotel is extremely kid-friendly, featuring a fantastic pool with a waterpark that my little ones absolutely loved. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a great experience - we certainly had a wonderful time here!
