Honestly everything thing was excellent...the staff was amazing starting from Omar the reception manager ending by the restaurant staff ( their manager,Anjilika and Nitish. The GM him self Mr Reda was there to please all customers.....honestly I haven't met such lovely,smiling and helpful people. Only one small thing the supervisor of the cleaning department should check rooms time after time....few missing details

I liked everything in the hotel. The friendly level and the provisionally which was followed up and watched by the manager Mr. Ahmed Saeed and that what I saw with my eyes. There was a problem in bathroom (which was slowed later) but what I really liked how it was followed up and solved by Mr. Ahmed Saeed when he check the problem, recognised it, put the alternative solutions and carry it out all in 15 mnts only. I can’t wait to come back soon for the next occasion that I have to celebrate it there. Thanks for the ritz Carlton team and hope to see you soon. Best Regards

From the moment I arrived, everything at Hotel Muse Qatar was exceptional. The reception staff, security, and valet team were all polite, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was immaculate, super clean with a fresh scent and beautifully decorated in a modern design. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the atmosphere was both stylish and comfortable. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Khalid Belyaqourt, Manager on Duty, for his gracious assistance and attentive presence. His dedication to guest satisfaction clearly reflects the high standards upheld by the hotel. The restaurant team also deserves heartfelt recognition for their impeccable service and exquisite cuisine. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the staff made each dining experience both enjoyable and relaxing. Similarly, the room service team provided efficient and thoughtful service that added great comfort and convenience to my stay.
