Five-Star Hotels in El Nido

Everything was perfect! Breakfast was great, room - gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff very attentive and so helpful. Beach few minutes away. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

From booking to waiving goodbye at the airport, the staff at the resort went beyond our expectations. They not only met our every need but went above the needs of exceptional customer service. The location, facilities and vibe matched this too! We are already looking forward to our next stay at this incredible resort.

Although the AirSwift plane was 1 hour late arriving at 4:30 pm, the transfer was still taken care of by Ruel. It felt like a James Bond movie: from the plane into the van driving onto the jetty directly to the speed boat that took us to the island in only 20 min … just in time before night fall, which is when the coast guard wouldn’t allow any boat ride anymore. The full board catering was fantastic, both in terms of Filipino and Western food. The waiters and cooks were fabulous living up to the wonderful Filipino philosophy of bayanihan … doing everything to make you happy, not because they’re staff, but because one genuinely feels that they are happy if the guest is happy. There was not one angry soul in this place!! As a lover of Filipino food, I didn’t need to request the food I like … they read it in my eyes (pinakbet, kamote cue etc). The following stood out in particular: Vergel, Ricky, Chai, Jess, Alfonso, Fhee, John, Vern. As to the complimentary activities: We were overwhelmed with what was already included in the package. Two guides stood out: Reylan and Marlon bent over backwards for me to get the best snorkeling experience and gently took care of my Asawa, Edna, who - thanks to them - is no longer afraid of the water and the ocean. In summary: job well done from the cleaners to the waiters/cooks to the tour guides to the receptionists (Kath & Kath and Jess) and lastly the wonderful manager Francis.

Fantastic location, privacy, quiet, relaxing, with very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help and provide excellent service. The villas are clean and well equipped. Beautiful views and many activities, private and in groups to choose from. Smooth transport options from and too the airport. Nice and choices.

Amazing place with amazing staff, everyone was so kind and helping, we enjoyed our stay so much and was very sad to leave, I really want to give a huge thanks to the two bartenders Gamie and Dave, two amazing and helping guys that makes awesome cocktails and coffee, we really appreciate them!

I can't thank Lihim Resorts enough. We had a wonderful stay, every single person was so kind and welcoming. The property manager, our personal butlers Eunice and Ellie, our server Hermie, our tour guide Ced and his captain Diego and everyone! The sure went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was the best experience possible. The property has an off-site private beach and a private lounge in nearby Cadlao lagoon. The best way to experience and relax in El Nido. The sunset view from the restaurant "Henri" was amazing!

Delicious breakfast. Pool right on the beach, free canoeing and paddleboarding all day. Golf buggy to take you elsewhere on the resort to explore. Great food trucks and restaurants on the complex but a small stroll along the beach away from the hotel. Rooms were a good size, bathroom was spotless. Little balcony to sit out on was lovely in the evening.
