I've had a various experiences with this hotel pleasant and unpleasant but that was then.. I can truly say that they have improved a lot. This time around we have tried to stay in the residence which was the best decision I've made. The place is spacious and stay was made better because of the upgrade gesture made by Ms. Flor. I hope I remember her name well. It was a remarkable experience that truly keep up with dusit standards! Keep it up guys!

Perfectly located just a few steps away from Abreeza mall. The wifi connection was fast. Kitchen facilities were complete, and there was free drinking water. The beds were comfortable and the place was nicely decorated. The lobby was nice and the floor was quiet. The contact person was very responsive. Parking was available on site (although I had to coordinate directly with the guards for this; it was about PHP 400 per day)

The location was excellent, and we loved the aesthetic design of the place. Everything felt thoughtfully planned. I even asked my friends if they were satisfied, and they all agreed. From the bathroom to the bedroom, everything was clean and well-maintained.

The Staff were exceptional. Attention to detail and customer focus was outstanding. Location was kept in traditional Philippines pacific style which is so much better than a giant concrete monolith planted in a beautiful natural part of the world. Only 45 minutes by private boat is very commutable. Food was excellent and catered for everyone. All the facilities were constantly being cleaned and maintained to postcard status 24/7 Happy hour everyday and 50% off all drinks for a further hour daily . No request was too hard for the exceptional staff . Great value for money .
