The property is well organised, maintained, and secured. Every edge is fenced and well protected. The children's play section, especially the corners and floors, are covered with soft carpets. There are ramps along with the stairs that make it more accessible for people who need it. The corridors and dining hall have glass shields that protect us from the harsh and cold winter wind. The quality of the toiletries were super good, it was the first time we used shampoo and body lotion provided by any hotels. The staff were amazing people, they always extended their hands to assist us in making our stay comfortable. Thank you.

We decided to treat ourselves after a long time at school in Kathmandu and trekking the Himalayas - we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The building is beautiful and the rooms are stunning with everything you need. Best shower I have ever used and the comfiest bed!! Pool, gym, spa are all fantastic, the staff are delightful, at the wonderfulful breakfast Preeti was super attentive and couldn’t offer enough. All meals were delicious - we really needed to relax fully so we made good use of the room service! Absolutely worth every penny and it was a magical end to our 3 months in Nepal. I totally adored my stay here and already recommended it to a friend who is saying the same thing!

Beautiful location on hilltop - do go there with the transport offered by the hotel, as it is a bumpy ride (I made the mistake of coming there with a regular taxi, not a good idea). The views are amazing, even when it is raining and not so clear. When the view was a bit clearer there were sunset drinks on the helipad which was lovely. Staff came across as genuinely super kind and was very professional.

Breakfast was good we liked it and there is lot variation on it. Staff are so friendly and they treat us very well we like the service very much. I would mention that F&B Manager Sisir poudel is very helpful with my visa processing and ticketing. Next time if I come to Nepal 🇳🇵 I will definitely visit basera boutique hotel Thank you for everything, and I recommend this hotel if you visiting to Nepal.

incredible nice persons, there are working there! we were realy in need of a luggage-store at the airport. There is no one. But the Hotel made it possible to organise a hotel that took it, so we could have a nice last day in Kathmandu!:)

The hotel grounds are beautiful! It was also not too far from the airport. The property has amazing facilities and the BEST restaurant for dinner and breakfast! It was soooo comfortable.

Big beautiful rooms, many windows, some retro old fashioned pieces of furniture and accessories. Breakfast was very delicious. Even though it was small but there was everything and you can order by the menu. The French restaurant is amazing! After Indian food I so much wanted to eat Mediterranean cuisine. White fish was cooked perfectly and onion soup!!! I want to thank beautiful and welcome ladies on reception (I forgot the names, but will upload the photo.
