Absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is beautiful - clearly the best on the island by some distance. The room is unique and incredibly designed. The staff are attentive and lovely and the food and drink was delicious. The location on the beach was amazing. This hotel is faultless. Special shout out to Martin who selflessly helped us out when we were experiencing an issue (not related to the hotel). He is a very impressive individual and I can't thank him enough. This is one of the best run / well managed hotels I have ever stayed at. Truly awesome.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, tastefully decorated, with views of the sea, in a quiet yet easily reachable location - and a lovely swimming pool; but what really stood out for me was the generosity and the hospitality of the owners. We were supposed to stay for one night but then I got ill. Jose and Mia kindly let me stay 2 more nights and only charged me for one. They also arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel and Mia also prepared food for me as I had a sensitive stomach. Thank you for everything; hoping to come back some day :)

We felt very comfortable and at home there. Youre a bit from the City Centre, but still close enough from everything. The pool was cool & good to chill at. The room was beautiful & clean. The hosts very nice! Also there is a kitchen with a coffee machine - big plus:)

the hotel is new, staff extremely helpful, especially both receptionists :-) the room is fully equipped (small kitchen, microwaves, fridge) and was always 10/10 clean. they have a deposit policy which was fine for us, we didn’t have to pay anything after our checkout. I would fully recommend this hotel and next time I would book for more days (2 nights in Holbox were not enough). visit Holbox as soon as you can, they are building the whole island and I don’t think that the island spirit will remain the same after 2-3 years.

Everything! I am used to travel over the world and here, you really live an experience. The staff is at your disposal all the time. The beach club is amazing in terms of decoration but not only! The cocktails are perfectly served and well balanced. The food is delicious. The rooms are well decorated in bohemian-chic style. I had the duplex number 25…. Looks even better than the pictures. Don’t miss the rooftop with the pool sea view, little tip-) It was only the 2 of us. If you are searching for the best hotel by far in Holbox, don’t look for it anymore, you already found it.

Very pleasant stay. Spacious clean rooms with great facilities. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Swimming pool is great. Beach is right at the hotels doorstep. Friendly staff. Helpfull with everything.
