The hotel was fantastic, brand new and in an excellent and very convenient location. The staff of the hotel was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and facilities. The pools are great, the spa as well. The cocktails and food were also excellent.

The most amazing staff we have ever experienced, it was my partner’s birthday and they welcomed us with a Prosecco bottle, sweets and even an upgrade on the room, we were really pleasantly shocked as we didn’t expect any of that. The room was neat, clean and really spacious. Even on his birthday all the staff knew and congratulated him that made his birthday even more special. I want to say special thank you to public relations manager Katarina (I’m sorry if I didn’t pronounce it correct) and Amrit and Rahul from the beach club. Malta is our favorite country this far we have visited and that is thanks to the hospitality and great care from your staff.

Biggest thanks for Ashish Lama for his professional service and taking care of hotel customers. We are happy we met this person, which is able to control situation in most professional way and shines up whole hotel name. This person is able to control situation in best way and solves problems til the end in the highest level that every one would be 100 percent happy and satisfied. We had travelled around the world and visited many 5 stars hotels, but Ashish Lama provided the best services clients could ever expect and proved that highest standards service excists in 5 stars hotel. With such a employees hotel gains big addittional value. We are not the first time in this hotel and we will deffinetely come back again in future.

The hotel was very good in every direction!Room was spaciouz furnitured with every facility.Very qualified staff! Very good breakfast with plenty of variety meal to choise! Also the restaurants and the food served on the pull or room is high quality!

Everything is perfect. All of the staffs are so nice & kind. They are one of the sweetest people on earth! The aroma of the hotel is so good! Also the view of my room is top tie & the location of the hotel is easily to access to the bus stop. There is even one go directly to the airport. Highly recommended!!

Voco Malta is a wonderful, new luxury hotel of the Inter Continental IHG chain. In the IHG mobile app you can see all the hotels of the IHG chain, and VOCO belongs to the luxury class. Location. In the very center of St Julians. During the day and especially in the evening life is in full swing here, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs and discos. Check-in / check-out. At the entrance we were met by a porter who took our luggage to the reception and then to the room. Registration is clear, fast and without problems. Also check-out, everything is great Service. Impeccable. All hotel staff are hospitable, polite and ready to help with any question. The corporate / network style of hotel management and the systematic approach to personnel management are very noticeable, which makes the service at the highest level Hotel rooms. The newest modern ones, equipped with absolutely everything necessary according to the smart home system. There is climate control. The rooms are spacious, the beds are huge and comfortable. There are equipped balconies where you can spend time. The soundproofing of the rooms is good, so you can close the sliding aluminum windows and relax. Pool. On the roof, quite large with plenty of sun loungers. Towels are provided. There is a bar. There is enough space. Breakfast. Included in the price. Buffet, great selection. Additionally, free of charge, you can order several dishes from the menu, which will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Once seated at the table, there is constant service from the waiters, which gives the maximum rating to the meal. Restaurant. Separate incredible emotions. We were just when the restaurant started its work. This is a huge restaurant with a retractable roof, with the highest service and cuisine. Obviously, the chef works and each dish is brought to perfection. During our stay, in the evenings there was a group of musicians performing world music hits, approaching each table.

Nasir and all other Pakistani & Indian Staff are great, very helpful everything up to marks.
