The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. We’re so grateful for their kindness—thank you so much!

We probably have been upgraded to higher room category because we received a very spacious and quiet double room with large beds on th 3rd floor and our breakfast were served directly by the waiter at the table. Hotel with superb quality, very nice and attentive personnel, with proximity to medina. Complimentary fruits and bisquits and water privided in the room

Three friends and I stayed here during our tour of Morocco and immediately we felt at such ease when arriving in Fez At Riad Rcif Alif. NOOR (the manager) greeted us and gave us a full run down of Fez, the people and the culture. We learnt what to see, how to interact with the various people of Fez and how to stay out of trouble, he was so knowledgeable about Fez as a city. He ensured we were all OK and asked if we had any questions every time he passed us at the riad. Hassan (the concierge) was very helpful for our day to day needs and was always there when we needed to flag down a taxi, book a restaurant or for literally anything else, he saved us a few times. The breakfast was epic and the riad itself was the most beautiful we stayed in Morocco! If you are going to Fez, stay here!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning riad. The welcome was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Our room was simply beautiful — tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail! We had the chance to enjoy a hammam and massage experience — a truly relaxing and fantastic moment. We also had dinner at the riad and chose the set menu… what a surprise! The portions were very generous, and every dish was absolutely delicious. From start to finish: a refined starter, a flavorful tagine, a delightful dessert, and to top it all off, traditional Moroccan pastries with mint tea… it was perfect! The riad is also ideally located — easily accessible by car with nearby parking. It’s the perfect base to explore the Medina, everything is within easy reach. Honestly, it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. We absolutely loved our stay

    This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.

    Beautiful palace in the heart of the Medina! Everything was perfect, especially Taha who came to welcome us and show us the where to park but also helped carry our luggage to the hotel! Food was amazing, rooftop overlooking the medina was unbelievable! 5 stars ⭐️
