Service from the staff (all the staff were great); The room was spacious & clean; There was daily 'housekeeping'; The Breakfast & Dinner buffets at the FLOW were just out of this world; The gym was good, sufficient for a person on holiday; The location of the hotel was good, - there is a nice bakery in few meters from the hotel. The view, we got a nice view including one with the lotus tower. We did not do any cooking in the room, but the kitchen did have everything required to cook.

Where do I start? It was 10 /10 experience. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The Sea Facing room was the highlight. The farthest Left and right was just the beautiful ocean. The swimming pool was surreal overlooking the Indian Ocean. The room service said they will send the food in 30 mins and guess what!! it was sent to us in exactly 30 mins!! We were checking out of the room ourselves but we got two staff members who helped us without us even asking for help. That shows how much they care for the guest. Top notch- Breakfast Buffet spread.
