Very comfortable room, amazing amenities - I loved the tea and coffee selection, as well as the beautiful ceramic tea set available, and having bath salts ready in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The common areas in the hotel were elegant, and the garden view from each floor added to the ambience.

I loved being right next to the train station. we just walked to the castle and the garden, the museums which is only about 4 or 5 km away. really easy flat walk. rooms were beautifully appointed.

The place is absolutely amazing !! Tre room is clean, comfortable and with a lovely design, with a bath space in the Japan style. The staff gave us great suggestions for dinner and breakfasts , and was really gentle with our kids. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent stay at Takitei, the best of our trip to Japan in April 2025. Warm hospitality throughout, complete with very delectable dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend the Japanese style room with private onsen, you can even feed the koi fishes from the room. The room also had views of the private garden with the cherry blossoms, making it a very dreamy scene. Dinner and breakfast were on point, and there's even complimentary drinks in the evening and noodles at night. I don't think any other hotel room or hospitality can top this, would definitely return to stay in the future.t
