Breakfast was fantastic. Roberto made me a double espresso coffee every morning. Good he knew what I like and it was perfect. Eddy was also a nice Guy as were the Reception staff.

The hotel is so beautiful designed and the staff members are so incredibly nice and to our dog as well! They upgrated us to a room with a terrace so our dog could go outside and it was just the best thing ever and really made our holiday. Also the location is great because you have everything nearby (train station, the park, walking path along the see etc). The room with airconditioning was really comfortable and I really enjoyed cooling down in the pool since I was heavily pregnant during our stay :) I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place and hope to be back one day! I miss it already :(

From the beautiful setting to the tasteful appointments to the super attentive staff, everything about the Grand Hotel Bristol was truly extraordinary.     Beautifully decorated hotel.Very nice bedrooms with great bathroom and very comfortable beds.Staff very nice and genuine,warm and enthusiastic,well trained and eager to please guests,deffo 5 star staff,.Spa staff especially nice. The Spa was the best I have ever used in any hotel and will be hard to find a better one.Also no charge to use which is a great feature.There is a bus stop outside the hotel,taxis are dear in Rapallo. We didnt use restaurants in the hotel.

    The reception staff were delightful. We were upgraded, free of charge, to a superior room and it was absolutely superb. We had a small balcony from which we could see the harbour. There was everything in the room that you could want. Luxurious. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice.
