Beautiful grand hotel that we did not want to leave!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The service throughout my stay was nothing short of outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my experience was perfect The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious dishes. Breakfasts were fresh and varied, and dinners were beautifully presented and equally tasty.

We have just finished a wonderful 2 night stay at Za House. Everything was excellent! The location is great- a 4 minute walk to Vittoria Emmanuelle and then a 5-10 minute walk into the heart of the town and Quattro canti. It was just outside the touristic centre so we also got to see how locals lived day to day while walking through. It was also about 100m away from the secure parking lot (15 euros/day) which was extremely convenient as finding street parking would’ve been a nightmare. The apartment is well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook but we didn’t as there was so much good food around! The bed was one of the most comfortable of our entire 2 month trip thus far. And finally, the best aspect was the warmth and kindness of the host Dario. He and his son welcomed us at check in to show us around the apartment, the parking lot (liaising with the parking attendant on our behalf) and even walked with us to Vittoria Emmanuelle so we could find the quick back route way. He sent us a list of recommendations for the city which was extremely helpful and was happy to help via WhatsApp with everything. Would definitely stay here again whenever we are back in Palermo! Cannot say enough good things.
