The view from our room was spectacular!!!! We went in July which is a humid month. So we preferred to stay indoors during afternoon. But the view of Mehrangarh from our bed made us feel as if we were in the blue city.

Built between 1928 and 1943, this grand yellow sandstone palace spreads over 26 acres of gardens, making it one of the largest private residences in the world.

Really loved this hotel- Our Rajasthani-themed room had a tree growing through it! The bed/pillows/linen were sublime. The pool area is so beautiful, it is hard to drag yourself away from it. The service is impeccable - Just right. The staff seem to enjoy their work and are warm with each other, a very good sign.

Most of the staff was very good, especially house keeping and front desk. They went extra mile to make me feel good and help me celebrate my bithday by decorting our room and serve cake.
