This hotel is beyond brilliant! Truly incredible ambiance, views & staff. The ultimate luxury stay in Varanasi - complimentary activities for all guests like afternoon tea, morning classical musical performances, afternoon astrologer, evening traditional dancing, hosted visit to the evening Aarti, yoga and a hindu priest on site. If the city was not that fascinating, you would never want to leave. Staff amazingly attentive & friendly, without ever being fawning.

I am staying here all the staff are very helpful and have familiar behaviour and a very clean room proper dual dustbin in a room clean lobby and proper place for plant washroom is proper clean and big reception area for waiting for someone. The staff was incredibly welcoming and had a very smooth check in. Overall best experience.

    Clean, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent tasty food and a wide selection.. What else do we need?! We almost booked in a 5 star hotel elsewhere, but unfortunately they didn't have walk-in shower, which we were looking for elderly parents. I would rate Madin as 5 stars!! Well done, staff and management 😁
