Excellent hotel Central location Friendly and attentive staff. Large room with excellent shower, good safe and Wi-Fi. Ideal mattress, firm but not hard and uncomfortable. Large gym with lots of options. Spa with Jacuzzi with very hot water and another cold one next to it. Good sauna Exceptional breakfast Several stations: Indian, Chinese, Indonesian, eggs, Western, fruits, breads, various cheeses. Traditional and common juices A never-ending variety, all delicious And there's also a happy hour with food and drinks, depending on the room. It's worth stopping in Medan just to stay at this hotel

Very friendly and professional staff. They helped us with everything and even more than we asked. One of the best breakfast that we have on our trips. I work as a waitress in 5⭐ hotel so I know how to recognize a good and professional atmosphere. If you book room in this hotel,you don't have to go out. Everything you need they have. Save yourself from stress and stay in the hotel for lunch or dinner. In Lounge bar the prices are more than acceptable. We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
