NetherlandsThe hotel is so beautiful, inside and outside. We got a free room upgrade (17th floor Mountain View). Breakfast had so many options! waffles, pancakes, fried rice, eggs, etc. Staff was so friendly and helpful. When we did a night tour and came back in the morning at 11AM, room was already cleaned. Really compliments to the housekeeping, they folded all my clothes that we laying over the chair!! Perfect stay, I cannot say anything else (and I am quite picky).

United KingdomBeautiful property filled with antiques, delightfully laid out. Amazing 2 hour massages at their spa. Delicious food in both restaurants. Friendly bar man in the bar. Nice pool. Great afternoon tea served 4-6pm for guests as a complimentary enhancement.

I arrived with my family and got a very good and comfortable room and service. like coming home to a luxurious but very warm atmosphere. Thank you for all the best service that I will never forget, especially to Ms Nadila who gave me a surprise on my birthday. I will definitely come back.

I booked the room as a present for my parents birthday. They had a great time at the hotel. They got a cute little bday cake as a compliment. The service was outstanding. The food were amazing. Thank you!
