Everything was great. It was a beautiful stay overall. The hotel literally has everything you may need and even more and made our stay memorable. The breakfast was a surprise with a fantastic variety of options. But the true quality is the staff, the people working there backstage and front were all polite and calm. A special thanks to Despoina. She treated all my enquiries professionally and she was extremely understanding. You don't find professionals like that amymore, not easily at least. Thank you Despoina, thanks to all the staff. Definitely recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Acrotel Athena Residence. The residence section with its private pool was fantastic, and we loved having that shared space to relax in. The facilities were high quality and the setting felt special. One downside was that a significant extra charge was added for a last-minute additional guest, even though our room already had an extra bed prepared. This was a bit disappointing given everything else was so well arranged. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful setting.

The staff is absolutely amazing; all the people from the hotel were so helpful and treated us like a family. They are always smiling, making the holidays beyond expectations experience. It’s an absolute hidden gem in the hills of Sarti that totally over exceeded our expectations. It’s easily accessible from the main road, built on the cliff with breathtaking views over the bay and the mountains. For the first time we loved a place so much we didn’t actually wanted to leave it and go to the beach or the town. They have a fantastic infinity pool with great service and variety of cocktails, ice creams, etc. The hotel is spotless clean in every zone, suits are big, modern and beautifully decorated, with smart management of lights and air conditioning, a great patio with private jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Bathroom is so spacious, with a walk in shower and everything you might need. Mattresses are great for sleep, not too firm, not too soft. Breakfast is outstanding, with cold and hot options, eggs, fruits, sweets, everything you might think of, and it also varies from morning to morning. You have options for lunch and dinner menu. But what makes this place really unique is the people - big smiles on their faces, always there to help, nothing is too much trouble, we felt a 5 stars care during the whole stay.
