Everything was fancy and spectacular The people there were so professional and respectful and friendly since the day I arrived and they also asked about the exact time I arrive to be ready to welcome me The room was amazing and wide, calm and elegant The food with the views were something not to forget from fresh, delicious and fantastic breakfast experience to the beautiful nature the hotel embedded into There was a man in the reception called Saku, he was great and so helpful and made my check out amazing as he gave me like a gift from the hotel

The property has stunning and scenic views, feels surreal! No words to describe how beautiful Aurora Island is, by far the best place I have travelled to. The accommodation is warm and cosy and has everything you need for a welcoming stay. Amazing for my teenage boys! Enough to do to keep them entertained! Including rolling about in the snow! I liked absolutely everything. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and sociable. The apartment was just perfectly clean, the bed was super soft, there was absolutely any equipment that could be useful. The location itself is ideal, 10 minutes walk from the bus station, from the balcony there is a great view of the lake, silence. If you are lucky like us, you can see the northern lights. In general, my wife and I were completely delighted.

We had so much fun at the resort! The staff were the best part of our stay. Even though we came in the off-season, it was still an amazing experience. The food was incredible (definitely don’t skip breakfast!). A special thanks to Shaan and Fidella, who cared so much about us and made our stay even better—what an amazing team this resort has! We even invited them to join us for marshmallows and coffee just for a friendly chat, and we highly recommend others do the same. Also, make sure to use the kayaks—they’re so much fun!

Everything. I was pleasantly surprised. We had calm and peace away from the racket. The whole concept was to my liking. We stayed in chalets 21 and 22. Both were warm and clean, with parking spaces right in front of them. I had a pleasant sleep. The resort's restaurant is exceptionally good, right in front of the river. We had Finnish glocki and a very tasty buffet dinner. A gentleman served us. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and polite. I wish I had asked him his name. The breakfast was lovely, too.
