I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent—rich, flavorful, and offered a wide range of options that left me more than satisfied each morning. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and provided a truly delightful dining experience. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

wonderful Hotel. wonderful Staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing quality and taste. the variety at the buffets was amazing. The Hotel is direclty on the Reef. There is a long jetty, that you can use to access the deep water where you can snorcle or a more shallow part, where you can observe the fish while standing. It was a great stay. We stayed one week in iberotel and were satisfied from the first to the last day. very nice and spacious rooms, very good food in all the restaurants (grazie mille romany - f & b manager and ali - head cook, very good animation (thanks coco and aladin), fantastic house reef (dugong, so many turtles and fish, amazing corals), diving centre is some 10 minutes away from the hotel but the have restarted (after having some issues with building permits in the natural reserve) working at the centre in the hotel so it may open very soon. decent gym with a beatiful view of the ocean. good spa with mohammed. had a nice afternoon in the desert with bob and team (quad bikes, camels and bellydancing with food). all staff very friendly and attentive. very nice gardens.

We were impressed by the quality of the food - in particular, pizza restaurant, Italian restaurant, and daily freshly made pasta in the common restaurant. Also, the morning omelet was simple yet very tasty as well as seafood. Another big highlight is the animation team who made our stay unforgettable. There were always some activities like beach volleyball or aquaerobics for us to participate in. On top of that evening shows in the amphitheater were really impressive - much more professional than we expected and with a great variety of genres. the most impressive though was the Entertainment Manager (Mister Toto) who performed dangerous but spectacular tricks himself on multiple shows. Overall the personnel and other guests were very polite and friendly. Waiters were always helpful and attentive to our wishes. They even danced a traditional local dance with my partner on her birthday, which made us very happy at that moment.
