He was approachable, pro active, very communicative and he made the difference to us between an ok holiday and a good one. The buildings are superb, wonderful architecture and stylish. The service is certainly 5 star and the staff are friendly and eager to help. The Club facilities are terrific and they help everyone to just wind down and relax.
