Hot spring pools were very enjoyable in the rain. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and soft. The room was pretty spacious. We tried both restaurants and preferred the one on the 5th floor as we liked the fish offer there and the ambiance. The pool bar and cocktails weee great, especially the margarita with salt and chilli peppers. The receptionist remembered our names and called us by name everytime when we needed something, which was a nice touch. Entire staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel is close to Arenal attractions

My 3rd stay at this excellent little gem of a hotel. Room was immaculate and pool very beautiful. The grounds are so beautiful and the garden is amazing. Everything fantastic. Had a wonderful lunch at Saffron Indian Restaurant of lamb vindaloo. The food was to die for. The hotel is so centrally located to restaurants and art galleries. I highly recommend this place. Awesome value for the money.

perfect family stay. staff spoke really good english and were a great help. excellent pool, massive shared kitchen area with everything you need. rooms look brand new in the lovely wood that is really common there. modern and well specced. short drive to la fortuna central and really easy access to all the surrounding activities
