I really felt like I was being treated like a five star customer! Not used to that. Staff charming and helpful, from the dining room, reception (hey, girls: you could smile a little more!), swimming pool attendants, cleaning staff... super.

ElCielo was in an excellent location, near to many attractions and trendy shop and dining streets which are easily walkable. The design and decor were sophisticated and the 3 live walls were stunning! All staff were amazing, attentive and well appointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, personally I could have done without the bath by the bed and had a table or desk but can appreciate the allure to some people.the food in all restaurants was amazing and reasonably priced.

The staff really makes this place exceptional; what a fantastic team. We were there for 10 days and really felt at home. Medellin is a great city to visit, but the staff at Binn, from reception, to restaurant, everyone made this trip special.
