We didn't have big expectations and we booked last minute. The staff was excellent and went over and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable stay possible. Jack Zhi and Ricky the bellman were exceptional. I can't say anything other than we've traveled to all major centres like Paris, Rome, Sydney - who would have guessed that a hotel in Inner Mongolia would out-perform all the others. INCREDIBLE!! Highly recommend! 5 Stars!!
