The best hotel i have ever been in. The staff is very nice, the spa is amazing, outside jaccuzy with the view is a dream, a few saunas, towels and water as many as you need, so quiet and beutiful. the room big and beautiful, the view from the terrace is amazing. Even the sleepers are the most cozy i saw in hotels. Breakfast and Dinner are really good. The waitresses uniform is lovely. They think about every little detail, when we left they gave us a box of chocolate!

Zermatt is a charming place. And I always had a crush for Matterhorn. It's a place you must visit, at least once in a lifetime. No cars, just walking... like a longtime gone fairytale I can't imagine a better view to the big mountain (from Zermatt)... I will always keep it in my mind. the apartman has exellent equipments , everything was new and very clean. the windows looked at the Matternhorn from the living room and the bed rooms. the owner waited at the raillway station and transported the group home and the last day to the raillway station back. The best appartman in our life.
