They let us have our room hours before check-in. That was a great relief since we arrived with night train. Everything was great, but weather.

I hardly ever assign a rating of 10, however, this place really deserves it. Great, boutique style hotel with great view of the sea. Nice decoration, well maintained. Can swim in the small bay. Great breakfast, not this cheap buffet, but a la carte plus any special wishes. Staff friendly, helpful and with good sense of humor. We visited end of May, still off season, and there were only few people at the beach and no loud music.

The food was delicious and of great choice, also for vegans! The room was spacious, comfy and cosy with wonderful views to the sea, we didnt‘ want to leave the room! Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved it!

A perfect place for a spa and casino vacation The hotel staff is nice and kind Huge rooms with a view, big and comfortable bed. We really liked the pool, it is clean, the water temperature is pleasant.

The food was really good and diverse. We had The Level, so we experienced both the regular buffet and the one dedicated to our booking. The Level cocktails are superior to the regular ones at the pool/beach. We have a small kid, so we couldn’t take advantage of all The Level perks, but if you come without kids or with older than 4-5 years kids, I recommend The Level. Otherwise, the regular pools were enough for us and our kid. Very nice evening activities. The staff is very happy and friendly, especially at the burger place and buffet. The room is spacious, and the view is really nice (The Level rooms have full view to the pool and sea).
