The bungalow is very pleasant, the bedding perfect, and you won't feel cold even in the mountains. You can even make a fire in the fireplace. For your tummy, Xuan, a chef, cooks divinely. Everything is excellent and varied to suit all tastes, local food and Western alike. We had an extraordinary stay! Just what we needed to rest and calm down after 5 days in the madness of Hanoi. Thanks again, we'll miss Minh and Lulu the dog!

The lodge offers a children's playground. The owners were so full of joy and very welcoming. They helped organize bus tickets and bike rentals, which made it very easy. We were close to town but far enough removed to enjoy the quiet of the mountains. Views are incredible!
