Loved the common areas - it was nice to have a kitchen with tables. Our room had traditional Japanese beds on the floor and tatami matting, which the kids loved.

We took his advice and did another hour of touring to learn more about Atami. It was a very hospitable and warming journey we had had with this hotel.
