Through our 9 nights in Georgia staying in different hotel/guest house/hostel in many cities, this was the beét accommodation we have ever stayed. The host of this house is the kindest and loveliest and the best host we met. Our room has access to terrace with beautiful view to the mountain and the Gergeti church. Kitchen is well equipped and has full of amenities to cook, tea and coffee are free to use. Comfortable room, comfy bed, heater worked well, very good water pressure. Last but not least, the location is very central, right in the downtown, close to everything. You dont have to walk uphill with heavy luggage in a cold weather which is a big plus. Bus station is just 3 mins walking. We love this place so much and wish we could stay longer.

The place is very nice, with a super responsive staff, lady on reception is speaking English very good. Rooms are very big, cozy, I would say - bigger than another places offer in Kazbegi, super clean, everything in a room is working well, with nice soft towels in a bath, beds are comfortable. Downstairs shared kitchen is available for the guests 24/7, where you can boil the water and get some tea/coffee/water for free and take the necessary porcelain and utensils. The owner of this place - Georgi - very nice guy, he has arranged for us a tour on his 4x4 car around different landmarks around Kazbegi and surroundings, for us it took almost whole day and is very good value for that cost (length of tours and prices are subject to discuss, depending on the weather and your wishes, he is very flexible with that. Very comfortable and clean car, Georgi is a super calm and very responsible driver, what is rarity to Georgia 🤣, you will definitely like and will not regret driving with him), also transfers to another cities and airports are possible upon request, they are responsive usually within a minutes on WhatsApp +995 551 30 03 00. If you come with your own car, then big private parking available near the hotel, and gate closes during the night. From hotel all grocery stores are within 10min of walking. Very good value for the money. Would come again.

Very clean and cozy hotel. Attentive, helpful and accommodating staff. Hotel is beautifully decorated, live piano music in the evening is amazing. Everything and everyone in hotel make you feel welcome. Breakfast had caviar and champagne, you can request any kind of eggs ( Benedict one was delicious), something new was at the breakfast every day, pastry, cheesecakes were yummy. Shower was clean, good water pressure and powerful hairdryer ( yes, it is important for ladies with long hair :) Private spa is something that I have never seen before. Honestly, one of the best hotel we have ever stayed.
