We were welcomed with open arms by Gustavo - who also spoke quite some Dutch ! 😄 Since a more luxurious room was available we got a free upgrade. We received great restaurant recommendations, and the team was there when needed. The location is amazing, not even a minute away from the central plaza. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved it and would love to visit again. Highly recommend it !!

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a business centre and organising tours for guests. A great experience in Salento thanks to Coffee Tree and especially Karen! I was supposed to stay for 2 days but I extended my stay to more. Several activities are offered by the hostel to meet other people, very warm atmosphere, evening restaurant together, they organize activities for Tejo and Yoga and salsa for free. There's a beautiful view from the hostel and all the staff and especially Karen, are always on hand to answer any questions and organise activities. In short, Salento is a place to stay again, thanks to Coffee Tree, the staff and Karen.

The bamboo forest is a great place to work, meditate, and relax.

The room was so comfortable, clean, and had a nice view of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and kind - I had food posioning 2 days prior to arriving and they were so helpful and checked in on me often. The hot water shower was amazing and the bed was huge and comfortable. 10/10.

Marcela and Alejandro were very helpful and kind and even helped to organise a taxi for us when needed. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance which were handy. We had dinner one of the nights which was freshly prepared and was super delicious. Similarly, the breakfast was super tasty with many local and homemade foods.

Facilities include a terrace and free WiFi is available throughout the property. - The host is very friendly and speaks English which was very useful for us. - Nice location with a clean pool that we used on a hot day to cool down. - The room has a good size, very spacious. - We got good recommendations for food options close by. - We were able to book a taxi for a suitable rate through the accommodation. Too bad that we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight. We would have loved to try the delicious breakfast that was recommended in other reviews :)
