Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

Alpenresort Eienwäldli Engelberg has a terrace and a garden with a children’s playground. The hotel’s restaurant provides seasonal cuisine and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. The spa area and sauna were wonderful and very relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off from the center and therefore very quiet and perfect for morning walks. There was a bus stop at the location, so it was easy to get to the lifts if one didn't want to walk.

The resort consists of two buildings, the family friendly Lago Lodge and the Mountain Lodge, which are connected by a tunnel.

Guests over 14 years enjoy free access to the Frutt Spa that features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Guests can book relaxing massages and treatments which use local spa products. The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. The spa is wonderful, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable.
