The old milk bar has been done up a treat and this was the most interesting and different accommodation we have had. It is simply fantastic. We would very highly recommend to anyone, and particularly with a couple of children as there is much to occupy them there.

We appreciated the park is small, owner-run and near the main part of town. When wifi access was difficult, the staff helped out with an alternative that worked perfectly. All in all a pleasant overnight stay.

Grampians Pioneer Cottages are a real gem near Halls Gap @ the heart of the Grampians. We stayed here for the second time - this time with our family. We loved the cosy and beautifully furnished cottage, equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and nestled in superb, wild nature. We admired the visit of many kangaroos, emus, birds … who were literally at our doorstep, enjoyed the fabulous fireplace in the evening. What an unforgettable experience. We hope we can come back again soon. We can highly recommend this place. You will not regret it.

The resort offers free BBQ facilities for you to create a casual meal. The younger guests will enjoy the on-site children’s playground. Clean comfortable unit with everything you would expect in terms of facilities. We loved the central lake which was visible from inside the unit with a constant parade of wildlife such as friendly fairywrens, herons eating yabbies, black cockatoos and redrumped parrots. Lots of kangaroos at dusk and the kid loved feeding the farm animals each morning. Kid enjoyed the pool also (there were a lot of bugs in it, but that's inevitable in a healthy ecosystem).
