everything perfect with shindzela. Staff very helpfull, answered all the questions after booking and during our stay. All the safaris started on time and our guide Sam did everything he could to give us the best experience always with a smile on his face. We saw 4 of the big fives on first safari and all in second one, but all experiences are different one from another and it also depends on how lucky you are. All the food were delicious and everything was very organized with clear rules. The tents are confortable with private bathroom and hot water. Water hole in front of shindzela attracted lot of elephants, antilopes and also hyenas, it's a good bonus on stay there

The perfect stay for your African Safari adventure. Expert guides making for excellent game drives - not only did we see the Big 5 & more common/uncommon animals, but we also learnt about real-time tracking, interpreting the sounds, and understanding animal behaviour. Paul & Release were exceptional, and I can not recommend them enough! What also sets the property apart from other safari resorts is the variety and quality of food. Kudos to kitchen staff for providing an elaborate spread that covered all major food groups, was tasty and not repeated. And all this at a relatively affordable rate, compared to similar rated properties. 100% recommended this stay!

Stunning tents with tasteful interior and spectacular view right at the waterhole watching the hippos and wildlife. Delicious healthy food and a huge variety of drinks to choose from. Great courteous friendly staff and service. Incredible game drives with highly qualified Rangers.

Everything from start to end. The place is stunning. The rooms, the shower outside, the pool, the sounds, the service was beyond, the Safari guides were just unbelievable (Patrick found any animal and Sincle was explaining Everything what an outstanding knowledge). Don't hesitate just go worth every penny. The Massage was one of the best I've ever done.

Absolutely everything about Africa on Foot is amazing. Staff are attentive, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly make the the place what it is. Outstanding hospitality (best we have had). Facilities are clean and tastefully decorated. Food.. Just Wowwww! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always a treat. The pools were beautifully located and clean. The rooms were spacious. The morning walks were such a treat. The guides are first class and work hard to show you as much as possible, whilst also giving you interesting information about then bush and its animals. The arvo/night drives were out of this world. We saw soooo much. Lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, hippos, giraffes, hyenas, antelopes, birds!! And much much more. This place is a must. Don't hesitate to book. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights.

Exceptional. What a find. Joe and his team made us feel so welcome. We stayed here last year and it was good but this time it’s even better and we can’t fault anything. The location is superb and just 2 minutes from Orpen Gate. The food and service rivalled any 5 star hotel and restaurant anywhere in the world. The rooms are clean, spacious with beautiful crisp linen and very comfortable. This is a superb find and thoroughly recommended.
