Everything was clean and tidy. Very close to the BRT bus stop Restaurants, massage parlours and bars are nearby. Very quiet environment. Store managers with strong English communication skills can cooperate with the requirements as much as possible.

Hotel is very new. Top of class cleanliness. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, was able to sleep very well. Excellent customer service. They kindly kept our luggages after we checked out so we could still have our afternoon tour. They also kindly let us use the shower and other amenities for free even after our tour and just before going to the airport. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. A good leisurely walk going to Hoàn Kiem lake. Very good value for money. Close to luxurious experience for a fraction of the price. Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to stay in Hanoi.

I stayed here for a total of 3 nights. The location is perfect. It is located jn a relatively quiet street in Old Quarter while still being near on most attractions. And all the staffs are amazing, from Mr. David the manager and even to the attendants at the lobby, the lovely lady at breakfast and even the cleaning ladies. Mr. David arranged for my tour to Sapa. From the pick up until the drop off back to Sena hotel were arranged. Also, the celebration for the national day has started when I was back in Hanoi and Mr. David picked me up from the bus stop by his motorbike to avoid the massive traffic. I saved a lot of time. He didnt have to do it but he still did. That was far beyond what is expected of him. He could have just left me there and wait for the partner tour agency to drop me back to the hotel. On a side note, please, if you have limited time in Sapa, dont go to the cable car but visit the communities living in the mountains. This visit definitely affected me on a deeper level. I’ve visited a lot of cities and I already kind of forgot most stuff I did in most. But for sure, this visit is something I will never forget.

We spent the night at the hotel on the way to Halong. A wonderful cozy hotel in the old quarter. The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable, the rooms are well thought out and have everything for your comfort. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is excellent and friendly, we were very quickly checked in, and also quickly checked out upon departure. If we come to Hanoi again, we will definitely choose this hotel for accommodation. I definitely recommend it.
