We had a great stay of 3 nights at the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. Every staff member we met was delightful and super helpful, and they did their best to ensure we felt at home, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food to cater for all. Many thanks to Sue and the team. Highly recommended, 10/10.

The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent - just around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake andmany restaurants. But the best thing of all was the receptionist. Unfortunately we didn't get her name but she was the loveliest, friendliest person. ❤️ She was so kind and helpful and assisted us with sorting out our flights, transport to the airport and general advice. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great, with incredibly comfortable beds and a clean and beautiful bathroom with hot water. The staff were very helpful, and they helped us prepare and print our documents to apply for a visa. The hotel was very centrally located, in the old town and with lots of restaurants around. We had a short stay at GM Premium. It is located very centrally in Hanoi. The rooms are in good condition, there is a spa downstairs and a rooftop bar as well as a restaurant. Everything was great and especially the staff gets a huge shout-out from us. Everyone ist incredibly lovely and takes their time to accommodate any wishes or questions. Special thanks to Eugene, Lyly, Minnie and Ms. Lee from the reception, as well as Chi from the spa and Peter from the Bar - please give your regards to everyone else as well, it was lovely staying with you!
