The hotel lobby, reception and room were clean and comfortable. The furniture in the room is a bit older, but completely adequate for our needs. All the hotel staff were very nice and friendly, the receptionist Mirko was very nice and always helped with advice. If we return to New York, this hotel will be our #1 choice.

Very friendly staff and a nice clean room. They have a La Guardia shuttle but we forgot about it.
