Family hotels and homes in Kampala

This will always be my vacation home from Dubai. I would love to thank the host #keith was very kind, honest and so down to earth. I literally asked for late checkout to 4pm, And he was so flexible. The place is so quiet, calm and secure with camera at the gate. I felt home away. I will definitely come back to stay and recommend more to come . Great value for your money. Thank you so much.

Olivia has been able with her genuine caring and kindness to take hospitality to another level. after 30 years of traveling and experiencing hundreds of hotels (including 7 stars in Dubai). This small guest house was able to express in genuine actions the real meaning of home away from home. with everything thing having a personal touch: clean, safe, beautiful, excellent breakfast… and once I am late to come back in the evening, I found her there waiting for me to assure her guest well-being. thank you Olivia

The room, staff & food were all amazing. The location is in a quiet area on a hill. The pool was also nice. I absolutely loved my stay & will stay there again.

I like everything about the property

The bathroom to me was the best room in the house. The whole place was nice and it was clean. Lovely view from the balcony, especially at night. I like that there was space to put a suitcase at the side of the bed near the wardrobe.

Great hostel with lovely homely feel and staff who work hard and care about their job going above and beyond to help guests with any issues. I especially liked the garden and terrace, the decore in the rooms, really decent breakfast and the friendly atmosphere in the communal areas.

We stayed at Aqueduct 1359 Hotel Apartments recently and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our visit to Kampala! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff were warm, friendly and they consistently went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable. From the guards to the housekeeping team and especially the management team. Everyone made a genuine effort, even taking time to engage and interact with our kids, which truly made us feel comfortable and at home. (Its not easy travelling with kids, and they often can be seen as a nusence, but were fully welcome and embraced here! The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and functional. It had everything we could need...a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, reliable Wi-Fi and also a smart TV. Traveling with a baby can be tricky, but the team had us covered with a baby cot and a baby bath already set up which was such a thoughtful touch! Hot water and excellent shower pressure was a highlight for us and the entire space was clean and clearly well maintained Another highlight was a guided walk to a nearby orchard, led by the manager Tony. Our daughters had such a great time learning about different fruits and vegetables from Uganda and getting to pick their own! So much fun! In the evenings, the staff would set up a campfire for us to relax around.. and for a bit of adventure, we had an amazing time quad biking through nearby tea plantations fully organized by the team. The views were breathtaking, and the whole experience was exciting for our whole family. Huge thanks to Solomon, Tony and the rest of the incredible team. Aqueduct 1359 is a truly special place. I can highly recommen, especially for families looking for a relaxing and well-organized stay in Kampala.
