The staffs there provided an excellent service for pick-up. They pick-up us from Ita Thao to their hotel. They even bring us to the Formosa Culture village when the cable car was out of service due windy condition. They also provided some advice on how to plan some visits. The staff also has exclusive discount for boat ride, bicycle rent and Formosa Culture village tickets. Can also play with their friendly dogs.

Everything was perfect. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and modern. The common area was even better, clean, modern and spacious with some complimentary snacks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us a lot in organizing our ongoing travels with bus and train. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding, and having done sports in the morning it was just the perfect meal to start the day. I highly recommend.

A perfect venue to be near the pier and soak in all the tourist sites, 2 mins walk to the Ita Thao Pier and food street. The service staff were fantastic, especially Hank who was superb in making us comfortable and well settled, highly recommend especially for travellers with family to take the biggest room on level 8, extremely spacious and comfortable.

The best thing about this homestay is the family who’s running the place. They are all very nice and very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. For this reason I even stayed a bit longer than initially planned. One day I choose to drive to Alishan and back after I realised that every other place near the park wouldn’t be as nice as this one. Besides the great hospitality I’ve experienced I must say that the room was also very nice, clean and well equipped. The homestay is in a street which is very quiet at night and it’s a 15 tot 20 minute drive to Sun Moon Lake. If I ever visit Taiwan again I surely hope to be able to stay here again.
